W.P.(C) 10891/2018 The grievance made in this petition is that petitioner's Representations (Annexure P-2 to P-6 and P-8) made to the respondent seeking recording of physical cultivatory possession in respect of the subject land, are still pending.

If it is so, then respondent shall ensure that petitioner's Representations are effectively considered within a period of twelve weeks from today. If the prayer made by petitioner is not to be acceded to, then a speaking response to petitioner's Representation of 24th August, 2018 (Annexure P-8) be given by Revenue Assistant, Mehrauli within the W.P.(C) 10891/2018

time stipulated and it be conveyed to petitioner within two weeks thereafter. If deemed appropriate, petitioner may be granted opportunity of personal hearing.

Revenue Assistant, Mehrauli be apprised of this order forthwith, to ensure its compliance.

With aforesaid directions, this petition is disposed of. Dasti.
