% 02.06.2016 CM No.22694/2016 (of the appellants for extension of time for vacating the premises).

Though the appellant State Bank of India (Bank) had on 24th September, 2015 availed of time till 30th June, 2016 to vacate the premises but seeks further six months time citing difficulties therein.

The counsel for the appellant Bank/applicant on enquiry states that the appellant Bank/applicant is paying rent/occupation charges at the rate of Rs.155/- per sq. ft. and which is in consonance with the prevalent letting value of the property.

None appears for the respondent inspite of advance copy stated to have been given.

Issue notice to the respondent by all modes including dasti and through Advocate who had earlier appeared for the respondent, returnable on 8th July, 2016.
