O R D E R

% 12.01.2016 The parties have arrived at a settlement in mediation vide agreement dated 01.12.2015, which has come on record. The settlement agreement has been signed by the parties, their respective counsels and the learned mediator. The terms of the agreement appears to be just, fair and reasonable, and there is no impediment in accepting the same. Accordingly, the suit is disposed of in terms of the said settlement, which shall continue to bind the parties.

Since the matter has been settled in mediation, 50% of the court fee is directed to be refunded to the plaintiff.
