W.P.(CRL) 3153/2018 By this petition, the petitioners seek quashing of FIR No. 596/2018 under Section 365 IPC registered at PS Uttam Nagar on the ground that the allegations in the FIR are not substantiated and the two alleged victims do not claim that they have been kidnapped.

After some arguments learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to take remedies in case a charge sheet is filed against the petitioners or the remedy of anticipatory bail if so required and advised.

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. MUKTA GUPTA, J.
