The petitioner has filed this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution, for the following reliefs:

"(a) To allow the writ petion with cost to the extent of Rs.5 lac, to be paid by the Respondent No.2 and Respondent No.3. (b) To direct the Respondent No.2 and Respondent No.3 to transfer the petitioner to Delhi, forthwith in view of circular dated 08.08.2014 issued by Respondent No.

1, being binding, on Respondent No.2 and Respondent No.3 in view of that she has completed more than 3 years, of service at Kanpur; (c) To set aside the transfer policy of the Respondent No.2 and Respondent No.3, violating the above noted circular of Respondent No.1 dated 08.08.2014, and also violating the Will of people/Parliamentary Committee stated above and was amended arbitrarily, affecting female employees of the Bank; (d) To direct Respondent No.2 and Respondent No.3 to pay damages/ compensation to the extent of Rs. 10 lac, for illegally detaining her at Kanpur, in-spite of mandatory direction to post her W.P.(C) 7452/2017 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. at Delhi, since Kanpur and Delhi falls in the same Zone, in terms of circular/order dated 08.08.2014 issued by Respondent No. 1 (e) To restrain Respondent No.2 and Respondent No.3 not to proceed against petitioner on her approaching this Hon'ble Court, for getting her transferred to Delhi;"

At the time of filing of the writ petition, the petitioner had been posted at Kanpur. After filing of the writ petition, the petitioner was transferred back to Delhi with effect from 13.11.2017. By an order dated 14.11.2017, it was stated that the petition is only pressed in respect of prayer (c).

As the petitioner was transferred back to Delhi, and had also joined her duties, I am of the view that nothing survives in the present petition. 4.

The writ petition is disposed of as infructuous, reserving the rights of the writ petitioner to challenge the impugned circulars and transfer policies, in the event of any future transfer. 5.

It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated upon the merits of the petitioner's challenge, if any.
