By this petition, the petitioner seeks parole for a period of two months to take care of his uncle who has suffered attack of paralysis. 2.

On a notice being issued a status report and nominal roll have been handed over which are taken on record. As per the status report the medical documents of the petitioner's uncle have been verified, however, the concerned doctor stated that the petitioner's uncle has visited him twice for check-up and he was not aware of the present health status and treatment. 3.

The medical documents of the petitioner's uncle which are enclosed with the present petition are of Dr. S.R. Singh Bima whose qualification is also not mentioned and with him two doctors are working both of whom are BAMS. From the documents it cannot also ascertained whether the petitioner's uncle is taking some proper Ayurvedic treatment as well which is claimed to be taken.

A perusal of the nominal roll reveals that the petitioner is presently on furlough from 2nd October, 2018 to 16th October, 2018 and this is his third furlough in this year. Besides the petitioner was granted parole for a period of four weeks by the Govt. of NCT w.e.f from 14th June, 2018. 5.

Admittedly the aunt of the petitioner is there to look after the petitioner's uncle. Hence this Court finds no ground to grant parole to the petitioner.

Petition is dismissed.
