1. Learned counsel for the parties submit that the parties have arrived at an amicable settlement on 06.02.2025. A copy of the settlement agreement dated 06.02.2025 has been handed over in Court and is taken on record.

In the light of the aforesaid, the appeal is, as prayed for, disposed of in terms of the settlement agreement dated 06.02.2025 making it clear that the parties will remain bound by the terms thereof.
