% 02.09.2015 Mr Kalra appearing on behalf of the respondents submits that the technical evaluation criteria prescribed in clause No. 1 (E) and 2 of Section 6 of Eligibility Conditions of Tender would be rectified to remove the inconsistencies and anomalies in the following manner:- "a) For the First category:- In case of all those clients where the contract value is not less than 80% of the estimated contract value, the marks to be allocated would be 30 Marks. Total marks under this category would not exceed to 30 marks.
b) For the Second category:- In case of all those clients where the contract value is not less than 50% of the estimated contract value, the marks to be allocated would be 15 Marks for each client. Total marks under this category would not exceed to 30 marks.
c) For the Third category:- In case of all those clients where the contact value is not less than 40% of the estimated contract value, the marks to be allocated would be 10 Marks for each client. Total marks under this category would not exceed to 30 marks."
In view of this statement made by Mr Kalra, the learned counsel for the petitioner
submits that no further direction would be necessary in the writ petition and the same can be disposed of.
Consequently, the writ stands disposed of on the statement made by Mr Kalra. All the bidders who have participated in the subject tender would be informed by the respondents.
