% 25.10.2018 Petitioner's counsel submits that petitioner would be satisfied if petitioner is permitted to file an application for starting a new Homeopathic Medical College for BHMS (UG) for the academic year 2019-20.

In the facts and circumstances of this case, it is deemed appropriate to dispose of this petition while permitting petitioner to make the requisite application to respondent within two weeks from today. Upon receipt of such an application, respondent shall expeditiously consider it on merits.
