% 30.01.2019 By this petition, the petitioner seeks bail in case FIR No. 645/2017 under Section 376/506 IPC and Section 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, registered at PS New Ashok Nagar. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a fresh petition before the learned trial Court.
