O R D E R

The matter has been mutually settled between the parties for an amount of Rs.3,25,000/- (Rupees Three Lakh Twenty Five Thousand only) over and above the amount so awarded and payable by the respondent-Insurance Company to the appellant. The amount be paid by the Insurance Company to the claimant through the Delhi High Court Legal Services Committee (DHCLSC) within four weeks from today, failing which interest @ 7.5% per annum shall be charged on delayed deposit. After the deposit of the amount by the respondent-

Insurance Company with the DHCLSC, the same shall be released to the appellants by the DHCLSC in terms of the Award. 2.

In view of the settlement entered into between the parties, no further orders are required to be passed in this appeal. 3.

The impugned award stands modified to that effect. Consequently, the appeal stands disposed of.
