Learned counsel for the petitioners and respondent No.2 to 5 state in unison that efforts are being made before the Family Court to reconcile the disputes between the petitioner and his wife/respondent No.2 and the next date of hearing before the Family Court is 17.12.2018. 2.

In view of the said developments, learned counsel for the parties seek leave to withdraw the present applications.
