EX.P. 89/2018 & Ex. Appl. (OS) 459/2018 and 460/2018 Parties were relegated to the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre on October 21, 2019. The Centre has filed a settlement agreement dated October 23, 2019 on record comprising six pages. Learned counsel for the parties states, the petition be disposed of in terms of the settlement agreement.

Noting the aforesaid submission, petition is disposed of in terms of the settlement agreement, which is exhibited as Ex.-A. I also take on record the statements made by the counsel for the parties that the parties shall abide by the terms of the settlement agreement.
