Learned counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3 submits that the petition has become infructuous as the said respondents are now on regular bail after putting in appearance in response to the process issued on the charge sheet that was submitted subsequent to order dated 13th July, 2015 whereby both the respondents were admitted to anticipatory bail, cancellation of which order is prayed by the petition at hand.
Petition is dismissed in default and upon it having become infructuous.
