Mr. Shivek Trehan accepts notice on behalf of respondent. 4.

Learned counsel for the respondent says that he does not wish to file a reply as he does not oppose the prayer made in the application. 5.

Record shows that the Arbitral Tribunal entered upon reference on 21.04.2016.

Thereafter this Court vide order dated 27.09.2017 passed in OMP (Misc) (COMM) 31/2017 extended time for rendering an award by a further period of 12 months.

The extension given by this Court I am told is coming to an end on 21.10.2018.

Counsel for the parties inform me that the matter has been heard and the Arbitral Tribunal has reserved the same for rendering an award. 9.

Accordingly, as prayed, time is extended by another 6 months for rendering an award.

Time for this purpose will commence from 21.10.2018. 11.
