% 01.08.2016 When the present petition was listed before Court on 5th August, 2015, it was ordered that if the respondents would take a decision to terminate the petitioner's contract before the next date, the respondents shall inform the decision to this Court before implementing the same. Counsel for the petitioner submits that in February, 2016 the respondents took the decision to terminate the contract.

The contract was terminated on 3rd February, 2016. Counsel for the petitioner states that since this Court has accepted the prayer in the arbitration petition, being Arb.P. 479/2015, the prayer in the present petition has become infructuous. In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of. MANMOHAN SINGH, J.
