OMP(MISC)(COMM) 310/2018 This petition under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996(hereinafter referred to as the 'Act') has been filed by the parties to the arbitration proceedings seeking extension of time for making of the Arbitral Award by the Sole Arbitrator adjudicating the disputes that have arisen between the parties.

Having considered the contents of the petition, the time for making of the Award is extended by a further period of three months with effect from 20.12.2018.

The application is allowed in the above terms with no order as to costs.
