Both the applications have been moved on behalf of the appellant for withdrawal of the appeal and for refund of the statutory amount.

None appeared on behalf of the respondents despite advance notice.

In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the appellant/Insurance Company, the present appeal is allowed to be dismissed as withdrawn.

The statutory amount of Rs. 25,000/- deposited for filing the appeal be returned to the appellant/Insurance Company forthwith. 6.

Further, the balance amount of compensation which remains to be paid to the claimants be released to them with accrued interest as per the directions passed by the learned Tribunal contained in the impugned judgment-cum-award dated 30.05.2015. 7.

Both the applications stand disposed of.
