% 18.07.2016 This appeal has been filed against the judgment of acquittal for offences punishable under Sections 498A/406/376/354/328/506/120B/34 IPC by the complainant. No leave to appeal has been filed as required in terms of decision of the Supreme Court reported as 2015 (10) SCALE 444 Satyapal Singh Vs. State of M.P. & Ors. The appeal is yet to be admitted. However, learned counsel for the appellant submits that the parties have settled the matter and thus he does not wish to pursue the present appeal and the same be dismissed as withdrawn.

Consequently, the appeal and the application are dismissed as withdrawn.
