Mr. Tushar Aggarwal, Proxy Counsel for respondent Nos. 1 and 2 has placed before the Court Action Taken Report from which the following position is revealed:
"4.
That since the owner/builder failed to comply with the said demolition order, therefore, a demolition program was fixed for 29.11.2017. During the said actions, four RCC Panels, covering almost the entire roof slab at fourth floor had been demolished and reinforcement steel cut, rendering the floor unfit for use.

That subsequently demolition action was taken at the third floor wherein three RCC Panels had been demolished
rendering the floor unfit for use. Another action was also taken at first floor wherein one RCC Panel had been demolished. The photographs of action taken are being filed herewith as Annexure-"A"(Colly). Further action in the matter will be taken in due course of time as per policy of the Corporation." A copy of the status report has been handed over to the proxy counsel for the petitioner, who on instructions from Mr. Choudhary states, the stand taken by the respondents in the status report, satisfies the grievance of petitioner at present. If the petitioner is still aggrieved, liberty be granted to the petitioner to revive the present petition. Noting the said submission made and making it clear that the respondent Nos. 1 and 2 shall complete the action (if any) within a period of four weeks, the writ petition and CM 40423/2017 are disposed of. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to revive the petition, if the respondents have not carried out the demolition required to be taken. V. KAMESWAR RAO, J JANUARY 25, 2018/aky
