The parties have amicably resolved their disputes through Mediation. 2.

The terms of the settlement are recorded in the settlement agreement dated 14th January, 2019, which is signed by both parties. The settlement agreement dated 14th January, 2019 is marked as Ex.C-1.

The settlement between the parties is lawful and is recorded. The defendant has undertaken to abide by the terms of the settlement. The undertaking of the defendant is hereby accepted. 4.

I.A. No.15027/2018 in CS(OS) 243/2018 as well as the execution are disposed of in terms of the settlement.

Both the parties shall remain bound by the terms of the settlement. 6.

Copy of the order be given dasti to counsel for the parties under the signature of the Court Master.
