O R D E R

% 30.03.2016 The matter has been settled before the Mediation Centre and the settlement agreement has been received according to which the parties have settled all their matrimonial disputes for a total sum of Rs.5 lacs. As per the settlement, a sum of Rs.1 lac has been paid by the petitioner to the respondent by way of demand draft, copy of which is placed on record. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State as well as the complainant is present in person. They have no objection to the grant of bail to the petitioner. As such, in the event of arrest, the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer/SHO. The petitioner is directed to join investigation as and when required by the Investigating Officer of the case.

The application stands disposed of.
