% 04.04.2016 By order dated 22nd September, 2015, with the consent of the parties, the matter was referred to the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. Though the report of the Mediator is awaited, however, the learned counsel for the parties have informed that the disputes between the parties have been resolved before the Mediator. They have produced the copy of the Settlement Deed dated 28th January, 2016 executed between the parties and subsequent certain compliance in terms of Settlement Agreement dated 5th February, 2016 (learned counsel for the parties state that the date was wrongly typed as 5th February, 2015 in the Settlement Agreement). Parties are agreeable to comply the terms and conditions of the Settlement Deed dated 28th January, 2016 as well as the Settlement Agreement dated 5th February, 2016.
The Settlement Deed is duly signed by the parties.
Photocopies of the same are taken on the record. In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, learned counsel for the petitioner does not wish to press the present petition. As prayed, the same is disposed of as not pressed. Pending application also stands disposed of. MANMOHAN SINGH, J.
