O R D E R

% 11.10.2018 Vide order dated 24.09.2018 the Hon'ble Court has inter alia observed as under:- "Since the report of the Registry states that Rs.7,98,711/- was deposited by the decree holder in CS(OS) No.1546/2010. Registry is directed to refund the said amount along with accrued interest, if any, to the decree holder by way of an Account Payee cheque.

List the matter before the Registrar General on 11th October, 2018 for handing over of the said cheque to learned counsel for the decree holder."

As per office report, Pay Order bearing No. 724237 dated 11.10.2018 for Rs. 10,90,156/- in favour of Mr. Sunil Kumar, S/o Sh. M.S. Dahiya, decree holder, has been issued by UCO Bank, Delhi High Court Branch, in terms of order dated 24.09.2018 passed by the Hon'ble Court. In compliance of the directions of the Hon'ble Court, the above said pay order has been handed over to Mr. V.P. Rana, counsel for the decree holder.
