% 17.12.2015 The sale deeds have been executed. The appellant has the registered sale deeds. The learned counsel for the respondents states that they have obtained the certified copies of the sale deeds themselves. Nothing further needs to be done in this matter.

Photocopies of the sale deeds are taken on record. We note that this appeal is in respect of a suit for Specific Performance of sale agreement.

The same has been performed as the sale deeds have been executed.
