% 17.05.2017 Mr. Ankur Chibber, learned counsel appearing for the respondent nos. 4 to 6 states that a certificate depicting the caste of the petitioner as 'Jatava' shall be issued to the petitioner within two weeks. If that be so, petitioner on receipt of the certificate from the respondent nos. 4 to 6, shall present the same to the respondent no.1 within one week thereafter, who thereafter take a decision on the appointment of the petitioner as Assistant Manager / Probationary Officer within four weeks thereafter and communicate the decision to the petitioner. In view of above, nothing further survives in the present petition. Same is disposed of.
