versus STATE ..... Respondent Represented by:

CORAM:
HON'BLE MS. JUSTICE MUKTA GUPTA
O R D E R
% 14.12.2018 By this petition the petitioner seeks parole on the ground that he has to take care of his family and treat his father's leg and also challenges the communication dated 14th August, 2018 whereby his application seeking parole was rejected.
Learned Standing Counsel for the State has handed-over the nominal roll as per which the petitioner was granted three furloughs in this year, the last being with effect from 9th October, 2018 for a period of 14 days. It is thus evident that after the rejection of the application seeking parole the petitioner has been granted furlough. Hence this Court finds no ground to grant parole to the petitioner.
Petition is dismissed.

Copy of this order be communicated to the petitioner through Superintendent Tihar Jail.
