Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeks directions thereby to release him on bail in case bearing FIR No.501/2015 registered at Police Station Rajouri Garden, Delhi, for the offences punishable under Sections 323/341/506 IPC.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that thereafter offence punishable under Section 307 IPC was also added, petitioner was arrested on 01.07.2015 and sent to the judicial custody. He further submits that the petitioner remained in custody for about one month. 3.

It is noted that vide order dated 31.07.2015, the petitioner was granted interim bail and the parties were directed to appear before the Mediation and

Conciliation Centre, Delhi High Court for settlement as the petitioner and respondent No.2/complainant are husband and wife. 4.

However, the matter could not be settled.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent No.2 is staying at H. No.60-C, MIG Flats, Rajouri Garden, Delhi, with her daughter and her mother. The said accommodation comprises two bedrooms, one dining and common living area. As stated, in one bedroom, mother of the petitioner is staying and in another, the respondent No.2 alongwith her daughter and mother is staying. The petitioner had left the house and is living separately.

Keeping in view the facts that the petitioner has already remained in custody for about one month and matter could not be settled through mediation, I confirm the order dated 31.07.2015 passed by this Court. 7.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of. SURESH KAIT, J.
