CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE VIPIN SANGHI

O R D E R

% 18.07.2016 It is not in dispute that a Memorandum of Understanding has been entered into between the complainant and the petitioner on 09.03.2016, whereunder it has, inter alia, been agreed that the complainant shall have no objection to the grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner and to the quashing of the FIR in question.

In view of the aforesaid position, in my view, the petitioner is entitled to protection against arrest in the present case. Accordingly, it is directed that in case of his arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail upon furnishing personal bond with one surety in the sum of Rs.10,000/- to the satisfaction of the arresting officer. This is further subject to the condition

that he shall cooperate and join the investigation as and when called for. Petition stands disposed of.
