The petitioner has filed the present petition impugning a notification dated 07.09.2018 - S.O. 4616(E) - issued by the respondents under Section 26A of the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940. The petitioner states that the said notification has since been withdrawn by a subsequent notification - S.O. 697(E) dated 05.02.2019 - and, therefore, the present petition may be disposed of.

In view of the above, the application is allowed and the petition is disposed of.
