% 13.12.2018 By this petition, the petitioners state that they are major and are married of their own free will contrary to the wishes of respondent No.2, the father of petitioner No.1 and had thus sought protection. On a notice being issued, respondent No.2 is present in Court. He states that since petitioner No.1 is a major and has married of her own free will, he has no objection to the same and neither he nor any of his family members would interfere in happy married life of the petitioners. In view of the statement of respondent No.2, learned counsel for the petitioners on instructions from the petitioners who are present in Court seek leave to withdraw the petition.

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
