O R D E R

% 23.02.2017 The learned counsel for the Judgment Debtor states that the Judgment Debtor has deposited the balance amount of `4,36,76,369/- on account of principal as well as `3,32,06,038/- on account of interest. Learned counsel for the Decree Holder states that the said sums would satisfy the awarded amount. Accordingly, the Registry is directed to release the sums deposited by the Judgment Debtor to the Decree Holder along with accrued interest thereon, if any, within a period of two weeks from today. Needless to mention that the amount disbursed to the petitioner would be subject to any orders that may be passed by the Division Bench of this court in FAO (OS) (COMM) 22/2017 which is stated to have been preferred against the order passed by this court on 19.10.2016 in OMP (COMM) 94/2016.
