O R D E R

% 22.07.2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has left the country. However she has expressed her desire to depose through videoconferencing. Learned counsel for the petitioner further states that she will be moving an application before the learned Trial Court so that necessary arrangements for her deposition on the next date are made for her examination through video conferencing.

In case necessary arrangements are made by the Trial Court for the examination of the prosecutrix, the respondents will take no adjournment on any pretext whatsoever and her examination will be proceeded with. Learned Trial Court will make its best endeavour to examine the prosecutrix on the next date of hearing i.e. 4th August, 2016 and if the same is not concluded or due to unavoidable circumstances cannot take place one more CRL.M.C. 3194/2015

date will be fixed for the examination of the prosecutrix. However, no adjournment will be granted at the request of accuseds. In view of these directions and the fact that the complainant has already left the country and there is no apprehension of threat at this moment when the respondents do not know her address, the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to take remedies in case need arises.

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the directions as above. Order dasti.
