% 15.01.2016 The affidavit of undertaking dated 05.01.2016 on behalf of the Petitioner in terms of the order of the Hon'ble Court dated 18th December, 2015 has been filed.

Thereafter, the affidavit of acceptance of undertaking dated 13.01.2016 on behalf of LRs of deceased Respondent has also been filed.

In view of the facts that the affidavit of acceptance of undertaking has been filed on behalf of the LRs of deceased Respondent, the affidavit of undertaking dated 05.01.2016 filed on behalf of the Petitioner is hereby accepted.

Nothing further is required to be done in this matter as the petition already stands disposed of vide order dated 18th December, 2015 of the Hon'ble Court.
