O R D E R

% 14.02.2020 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the entire monetary amount has been paid, but since the respondent-workman has passed away on 25.11.2019, there cannot be any reinstatement in service. In view, no lis survives.

However, it is expected that any monies, as may be payable to the respondent apropos the services rendered by him, as well as in terms of the impugned order, shall be paid to the LRs of the deceased. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this exercise shall be accomplished within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Let it be so done.

If the widow of the respondent makes out a case for compassionate

appointment apropos her deceased husband, the same shall be duly considered by the petitioner in accordance with law, within eight weeks of receipt of such application.
