% 23.08.2017 Petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the respondent. Record shows that the petitioner institute has been granted accreditation by the QCI in the meeting held on 16.9.2016. The case of the petitioner had been forwarded to the respondent for the purposes of consideration for affiliation. The case of the petitioner remained undecided. On 07.8.2017, the petitioner received a communication from the respondent asking him to furnish BBC documents as the earlier documents furnished by the petitioner were not up to the mark. Time of three days (up to 10.8.2017) was granted. Petitioner sent these documents through e-mail within the time stipulated and granted by the respondent i.e. by 10.8.2017. Learned counsel for respondent has put in appearance. Learned counsel for respondent points out that the facts narrated by the petitioner are by and large correct but the submission of the petitioner

that these documents which he had e-mailed to the respondent on 10.8.2017 have been misplaced is incorrect. His additional submission is that vide communication dated 07.8.2017 the respondent had specified that the original certificate relating to the building i.e. BCC related documents have to be furnished by the petitioner to the respondent.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that this has been misunderstood by the petitioner he had sent the documents through e-mail but he will now give original documents to the respondent within a period of three days from today.

On the aforenoted documents being furnished by the petitioner to the respondent within a period of three days, the case of the petitioner shall be taken up in the first meeting of the Sub-Committee of the NCVT.

Petition disposed of in the above terms.
