By filing the present writ petition from Jail, the petitioner is seeking parole for a period of three months for getting his `dilapidated residential house repaired and also to maintain social ties. 2.

Latest Nominal roll of the petitioner has also been placed on record as per which the Petitioner has availed two weeks furlough w.e.f. 28.08.2015 to 11.09.2015.

As per Parole/Furlough Guidelines-2010, a minimum period of six months ought to have elapsed from the date of termination of the previous parole/furlough.

In the given facts and circumstances, the prayer of the Petitioner for releasing him on parole is hereby rejected.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.

6.

Petitioner be informed through concerned Jail Superintendent about the orders passed.
