The wife of the petitioner, who is in family way, was taken to Bara Hindu Rao Hospital on 26.08.2017, where she was examined by the Medical Officer on duty. He reported as under: - "In conclusion, patient is high risk case of pregnancy and any complication can be expected, any time. But exact opinion will only given after examining the patient by consulting doctor. If nothing happen she is to be followed after 1 wk. in OPD." 3.

It is pointed out that the expected date of delivery of the wife of the petitioner is 20.09.2017.

By order dated 28.07.2017, the petitioner was allowed to be released on parole from the date of his release. Learned Standing Counsel points out that he was in fact released on 31.07.2017 and he is supposed to surrender on 31.08.2017.

In view of the medical condition of the wife of the petitioner, the Parole granted to the petitioner by order dated 28.07.2017 is hereby ordered to be extended till 25.09.2017 on the same terms and conditions. 6.

The petition is disposed of accordingly.

Copy of this order be sent to the Jail Superintendent. 8.

Copy of this order be given dasti under the signatures of the Court Master/Private Secretary.
