In the facts and circumstances of this case, it is deemed appropriate to dispose of this petition and applications with direction to respondent No.5 to decide petitioners' Representation of 2nd August, 2018 (Annexure -C colly ) within twelve weeks by passing a speaking order and its fate be made known to petitioners within two weeks thereafter, so that petitioner may avail of the remedies, as available in law, if need be.
