1. Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeks direction by directing the respondents to take immediate steps to place the petitioner's name in the seniority list as per her date of appointment and further direct the respondents to pay the petitioner of her all dues/ differences/ arrears in pay etc.

2. To this effect, the petitioner made representation dated 05.04.2017 to the Deputy Director of Education, Zone 28, Jhandewalan, New Delhi.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent No. 4 submits that the said respondent has not received the representation. Therefore, no action is taken by the said respondent

from the representation made by the petitioner.

4. This is third round of litigation before this Court, however, neither the respondent Nos. 1 to 3 nor respondent No. 4 came at the rescue of the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, I hereby, dispose of the petition by directing the respondent No.4 to take decision on the representation dated 05.04.2017 (page 53) whether the petitioner is entitled to the same salary as provided to one Kanchan Bala who was also appointed as Assistant Teacher in the same month of July, 1997 who is getting the scale of Rs.4500/-.

6. After taking the decision by the respondent No. 4, if need be, the said respondent shall ask respondent Nos.1 to 3 to implement the order.

7. If the petitioners are still aggrieved by the decision of the respondent No. 4, they may challenge the same before the appropriate forum.

8. The decision shall be taken by the respondent No. 4 within four weeks from the receipt of this order.

9. A copy of this order be given dasti under the signatures of the Court Master.
