% 22.10.2018 After some hearing, the counsel for the petitioner submitted, on instructions, that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition and the application filed therewith and instead be given liberty to move an application under Section 91 Cr. PC to have the requisite record of complaint dated 17.03.2016 submitted with the Station House Officer of police station Jagat Puri vide diary no.3278 dated 18.03.2016 summoned and on that basis fresh request be made for proceedings under Section 294 Cr. PC to be held. The petition and the application filed therewith are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed granted.
