This matter has been placed by the learned Joint Registrar for directions in view of the fact that none has been appearing on behalf of the Plaintiff for the last few dates.

From the order dated 28.02.2025 passed by learned Joint Registrar, it is evident that counsel for the Plaintiff was discharged on 21.04.2024 on account of non-receipt of further instructions from the Plaintiff. Court notice issued to the Plaintiff was served on two occasions yet Plaintiff chose not to appear. The order also reflects that Defendants No. 1 and 4 to 13 were already proceeded ex parte.

It appears from the order-sheets that the Plaintiff is not interested in prosecuting the present suit and the same is accordingly dismissed for nonprosecution along with pending applications.
