This is an application for disposal of the petition, in view of the settlement, dated 25.2.2019 arrived at between the parties before the Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre, in terms whereof the parties have no further grievances, allegations and claims or demands against each other and all the disputes and differences have been amicably settled by the parties. The parties also undertake to abide by the terms and conditions of the agreement.

In view of the above, the application is allowed. The petition is disposed of in terms of aforesaid settlement dated 25.2.2019. The parties shall remain bound by the terms and conditions of the settlement dated 25.2.2019. Pending application is also disposed of.
