% 29.10.2018 Vide communication of 16th August, 2017, petitioner has been called upon to deposit the requisite charges for conversion of subject premises from lease hold to free hold. Petitioner claims that a Representation was made to respondent-DDA on 23rd August, 2017 but to no avail.

Despite service of advance notice, there is no representation on behalf of respondent.

In the facts and circumstances of this case, it is deemed appropriate to dispose of this petition and application with permission to petitioner to make a fresh concise Representation to respondent within two weeks. Upon receipt of such Representation, respondent shall decide it within twelve weeks by passing a speaking order and its fate be made known to petitioner within two weeks thereafter, so that petitioner may avail of the

remedies, as available in law, if need be.

With aforesaid directions, this petition and application are disposed of.
