The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that FIR No.0153/2017 under Sections 420/467/468/471/511/120B of the IPC registered with PS EOW be quashed.

After some arguments, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to assail the report, which may be filed by the investigating agency, in accordance with law. 3.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. 4.
