% 26.11.2018 In compliance of the previous order dated 31.10.2018, an affidavit has been filed by the DCP, South District, detailing the actions taken. In particular, he deposes that "necessary disciplinary action has already been contemplated against SHO/Safdarjung Enclave and SI Sanjay Kumar and the investigation of the case is being monitored properly". Respondent no. 6 was interrogated on 03.11.2018. The relevant documents have been sent for forensic examination and verification of the petitioner's medical reports, are also underway.

In the circumstances, no further orders are required at this stage. The petition stands disposed-off.
