O R D E R

% 07.12.2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has no previous criminal record. The petitioner is in custody since eight months. The investigation is complete and trial is in progress. Charges have already been framed. The complainant was discharged from the hospital after a week.

Learned APP for State has opposed the grant of bail to the petitioner and submits that the complainant has received grievous injuries in the incident. She submits that keeping in view the allegations made against the petitioner, he is not entitled to bail. Keeping in view the facts and circumstances, the petitioner is admitted to bail on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `20,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial court.
