All the parties have filed affidavits in support of the application. Copy of the Compromise Deed dated 23.10.2018 has been filed separately by the parties on 14.11.2018 and is available in the Folder relating to defendants' documents.

Terms of the compromise are legal and valid. Parties shall remain bound by the said terms and conditions of the compromise deed. Application is allowed.

CS(OS) 519/2018 A decree is passed in terms of the Compromise Deed dated 23.10.2018. The said Deed shall form part of the decree. Suit stands disposed of.
