The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying as under:- "a) To issue a writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ/order or direction thereby directing the respondent to allow the transfer for the transfer of the license of the petitioner from LG-9A,10A,15A AND 16A APRA PLAZA ROAD N0.44, PITAMPURA TO F-135 Al/1/ KHASRA NO.

100/2, KHANPUR, M.B.ROAD, as applied thereto by the petitioner."

The petitioner is, essentially, aggrieved as its request for transfer of the L-7 and L7FG license has not been acceded to as yet. It is the

petitioner's case that such similar requests of other persons have been considered and decided but no decision has been taken in respect of the petitioner's request.

Mr Naushad Ahmed Khan, learned counsel appearing for the respondent states that the decision on the petitioner's request would be communicated to him within a period of two weeks. 5.

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in this petition except to direct the respondent to process the petitioner's request, if not already done, for transfer of license in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible and, preferably, within a period of two weeks from today. It is so directed.

The petition is disposed of.
