% 08.01.2019 The plaintiff has filed the replication and admission / denial affidavit. The defendants have also filed the admission / denial affidavit.

As per affidavit, the plaintiff has admitted 3 documents of the defendants. The same are today marked as Ex.D-1 to Ex.D-3. The defendants have denied all the documents filed by the plaintiff. Learned counsel for the plaintiff submits that the defendants have unnecessarily denied some of the documents of the plaintiff which are computer printouts of IPO and even own website of the defendants. Counsel of defendants seeks time to go through the same.

The matter is already listed before the Hon'ble Court on 15.01.2019 and be thus placed before the Hon'ble Court for further directions on the date fixed.
